While you’re currently able to get force feedback on your Nintendo DS via unofficial channels, speculation is going around the Nintendo might integrate a force feedback (rumble) feature into the upcoming Nintendo 3DS. In a patent application, it can be clearly seen that Nintendo has a vibrating motor in a console that looks more or less like a DSi, which is a good indication that the company is looking to force feedback integration. Of course, just considering Nintendo has filed for such a patent, it doesn’t guarantee that the 3DS will be getting such a feature. Still, there’s nothing wrong with us dreaming about the possibility, right?
